STANDARD DELIVERY TIMELINES
After placing your order, we typically package and ship within 1-2 business days. All standard orders are shipped via Canada Post Service and are assigned tracking numbers. The following table provides an estimate on when you should expect to receive your order. *Please note that speed of delivery is as advertised by Canada Post. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within these times.
1. Canada (Standard Delivery)
- Alberta – 4 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
- British Columbia – 4 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
- Manitoba – 3 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
- New Brunswick – 3 to 4 business days after order has been shipped
- Newfoundland – 6 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
- Northwest Territories – 6 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
- Nova Scotia – 3 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
- Nunavut – 6 to 13 business days after order has been shipped
- Ontario – 1 to 6 business days after order has been shipped

3. Canada (Express Delivery)
- Alberta – 2 to 7 business days after order has been shipped

4. TRACKING NUMBERS
All orders are assigned a Canada Post tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email, you will be able to login to your account to view your Canada Post tracking number. The progress of your shipment can be tracked on Canada Post’s website (www.CanadaPost.ca).
5. ERROR OR DISCREPANCY WITH YOUR ORDER
If there is an error with your order, please call our customer service line at (437)443-7929 within 5 calendar days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. PLEASE do not ship the item back before calling and receiving a return code.
6. REFUSED SHIPMENTS / SHIPMENTS NOT PICKED UP
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or not picked up from the Canada Post depot (when applicable) within the allocated Canada Post time frames will be charged the shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping charges.
7. RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
f your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by you (the customer) at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at your own expense. If you (the customer) choose not to have the order re-shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
1000175619 Ontario. takes no responsibility for any loss, damages or delay that may occur during shipping. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance.
We currently do not require orders to be signed when delivered. However should customers want the signature required option, a fee of $2.50 will be charged by Canada Post.
Alternative shipping methods are available on request; however we take no responsibility for shipping that is arranged by our customers. This includes the following:

Customers arranging for a third party to facilitate shipping.
Should a customer decide to handle their own shipping arrangements, we require that a WAIVER be signed. This ensures that we aren’t held accountable for any shipping issue outside of our control; similarly, in the event that we receive a shipping related invoice under these conditions, it will authorise us to process the customer’s credit card.
Please note that in all instances where payment is required, a copy of the invoice will be forwarded with receipt for payment.
Taxes
As of July 1st 2010, No company in Ontario will be tax exempt. Customers in provinces that participate in HST will be charged their respective rates:
New Brunswick – 15%
Newfoundland & Labrador – 15%
Nova Scotia – 15%
Ontario – 13%
Prince Edward Island – 15%
Customers in provinces that do not participate in HST will only be charged 5% GST – Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec, Saskatchewan & Yukon.
9. SPECIAL/BULK ORDERS:
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on special / bulk orders or beeswax. All special orders are pre-paid and shipping charges will be applied when the order is ready to be shipped.
